Just opened and trying with a cigar for the first time, so I'll revisit, but a great initial impression and a nice complement to a smoke, with the sherry cask coming through nicely with notes of fruit and a subtle, sweet, smooth finish.

Created in Okinawa, Shibui Single Grain 15 Year Sherry Oak is produced using Indicia rice and Okinawan black koji in stainless steel pot stills. This whisky undergoes a full 15-year maturation period exclusively in sherry casks, specifically first-fill manzanilla and fino sherry barrels.
