I'm new to spirits, but this is smooth. It's the best I've encountered so far. It has a very subtle bite and is easy to drink. It's even smoother with one ice cube. My thanks to a friend.
The bourbon cask is prominent on the nose. Caramel, butterscotch, a touch of cherry on the nose. Silky smooth on the palate, with sweet cherry and vanilla on the finish. No burn.
Kashi in Stamford...exceptionally good.
