This is incredibly enjoyable. The nose is free of ethanol, and while I can't pinpoint the exact notes, I love it. The initial impression seems light yet possesses contrary characteristics. It has substance, smoothness, and body. The finish has just the right amount of spice and warmth, lingering for a considerable time. The sherry influence is remarkable, with vanilla and a hint of toasted orange. I'm returning tomorrow to purchase another bottle.
