Aromas of hay, green apple, orange peel, hazelnut, cedar, and subtle vanilla. It has a rounded mouthfeel. The taste shows more hay, green apple, vanilla, orange peel, and cedar – plus nutmeg and cinnamon. The finish is long and very smooth considering the proof. 3.75/5.00 – Very Good (neat)
