Trust Whiskey

It’s got a kick with hints of caramel, it's gently sweet, but it feels a little harsh as you drink it and the finish doesn't last long. The place is neat, featuring a bar upfront and the distillery visible behind it from where you sit, allowing you to watch the whiskey and other spirits being made in the stills.

It's well-rounded and spicy with complexity, but it's a little harsh and needs refinement.
