Seattle Distilling Gin is produced using hard red winter wheat cultivated in Washington state. Eleven botanicals, including juniper from Oregon, lavender from Vashon Island, elderberry, coriander, and whole hazelnuts, contribute their flavors through vapor infusion into the base spirit. The gin is bottled at a strength of 40% ABV.
