Rieger's Midwestern Dry Gin

When tasting this gin, it's no surprise that a well-known distiller is behind this classic spirit. It's a bit drier than another popular London dry, and it's become my everyday choice. A truly fantastic example of a London dry gin, made right here. I'm typically not a big fan of American gins, but this is my go-to. If tasted blind, you'd swear it came from London. It's perfect for my G&T's, and also works well in a Negroni.

I'll admit I'm not a huge gin fan, but this was quite tasty, even neat. It has a pleasant, mild piney yet sweet flavor profile, not overly bitter or reminiscent of grain alcohol. The aroma is medicinal, though.
