From Nom1438, this clean Agave Spirit offers an aromatic beginning with hints of agave, nuts, spices, and earth. Its character develops into a full and complex mid-palate with notes of cooked agave, coconut, hazelnut, pepper, and nutmeg. The experience concludes with a rich, subtly creamy finish featuring hints of cake batter, oak, vanilla, butterscotch, and caramel. Sampled May 2022.
An intense Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. It starts aromatically with notes of agave, wood, herbs & spices; its rich & full body then adds notes of vanilla & caramel; culminating in a long & balanced finish with notes of oak. May / June 2016 / September 2017
