About this bottle
Founded in 2014, County Seat Spirits in Allentown, Pennsylvania, produces rum, vodka, and gin. Their spirits are distilled, purified with reverse-osmosis water, and bottled on-site. The sugarcane juice, sourced from Colombia, is used to create a rum similar in style to Brazilian cachaça, which is rested before bottling.
