Notably sweet and fruity, tasting of grape, with a delicate balance of light florals, subtle citrus, mild juniper, and gentle spice. It's smooth when mixed with tonic, though the florals and citrus become more prominent while other notes fade.

About this bottle
G'Vine gin is produced at the Maison Villevert estate in France's Cognac region and is distinct for utilizing a base spirit derived from grapes. Of the two G'Vine varieties, G'Vine Nouaison (meaning "setting" in French) incorporates a lesser quantity of vine flowers—grapevine blossoms that have not yet developed into fruit—during its production compared to its counterpart. In addition to vine flower, nine other botanicals are employed: juniper, lime, licorice, green cardamom, quassia amara, ginger root, coriander, nutmeg, and cubeb berries. Each botanical is individually macerated and distilled with the base spirit before being blended. This mixture undergoes a final distillation, along with additional neutral grape spirit, and is then bottled at 43.9% ABV.

This is the finest gin I've ever experienced. Probably beyond my budget, but my spouse gifted it to me as a wedding present. Perfect harmony of fruit, spice, and juniper. Fantastic!
