Nose: Chocolate and oak, with a hint of peat smoke. Palate: Milk chocolate, nutmeg, and a slight bitterness from citrus peels. Finish: More chocolate and oak, quite drying with lingering spice. I really enjoy this; it's less sweet than many rums I've tried. 7/10
