About this bottle
Crispin Cain established Tamar Distillery in 2008, after years working in distilleries and wineries. He partnered with Craft Distillers, an organization that promotes handmade spirits from small craft distilleries, to develop Russell Henry Gin. This gin starts with neutral grain spirit that is first distilled using an antique copper still formerly used for cognac. A secret collection of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, orris root, and lemon peel, is then infused into the spirit. The gin is ultimately bottled at 41.6% ABV.
