Don Donald 4.3

Batch 1. This is a truly intriguing blend. With a few drops of water: The aroma is floral with vanilla brine & just a faint hint of smoke. The taste is intense, rich with apples, honey, vanilla. The smoke is prominent but not too strong, with a hint of brine. You can sense the spice from the high alcohol content but without any phenolic burn. A long, pleasant sweet & spicy finish. I believe I'm detecting the influence of the Aaron malt. A really excellent dram.

Bryce Lira 2.8

This spirit is misleading. The aroma is intensely smoky, which I enjoyed, but the taste is very vanilla-forward and harsh. It's excessively sweet for my palate and clashes with the scent. The alcohol content is too high to discern any nuanced flavors.

Luciano Stuart 3.5

Mild peat, salty, and clean.
