Campo de Encanto's "Barkeep's Whimsy" originated from the company's Distiller's Apprentice program, which immerses bartenders in Ica, Peru, to educate them about pisco production. This expression reverses the typical recipe of their Grand and Noble pisco, emphasizing the torontel grape by altering the proportions of torontel, quebranta, moscatel, mollar, and italia grapes. It undergoes a single distillation without any additives.
