Aroma: Oxidized apple, similar to one left out, could be mistaken for pear. Flavor: Exceptionally smooth with some maltiness. The removal of the apple's natural acidity during distillation gives it a flavor like applesauce. Some maltiness is present. It's enjoyable on its own. Its simplicity would complement other ingredients well in a basic sour cocktail.
