Wonderful. A perfect harmony of tequila and honey, allowing appreciation of both the tequila's quality and the honey. I feared it would be overwhelmingly sweet with honey, but the manuka honey was infused into this Blanco tequila in just the right measure. Not excessively sweet. Excellent served neat with a splash of lime.
