Michel Murrell 4.3

The aroma is intensely minty with a hint of citrus zest. That cool mint sensation carries over to the taste buds, complemented by a complex mix of other botanicals. It possesses just the right amount of sweetness, avoiding the syrupy character of Aperol. The finish introduces a pleasant bitterness, precisely as desired. I'm a big fan of this spirit, particularly when chilled with ice. It would pair wonderfully with a mortadella and provolone sandwich during a picnic in the Dolomites.

Cullen Soares 4.0

Excellent quality. Much more reminiscent of the Alps than anticipated, with a strong minty presence, yet also very well-balanced with pleasant orange peel and a touch of sweet cola nut. The finish is bitter, but not unpleasantly so, and there's a warming alcohol sensation.
