Fruity and rich, immediately greeted by a honey note, dried fig, roasted banana, citrus, vanilla, and molasses. The finish offers a slight funk but is dominated by the molasses, a hint of baking spice, and fruit. I truly admire Plantation; they consistently go the extra mile to introduce interesting new rums to the market at a great price. This Barbados/Venezuelan blend is truly fantastic for its price point!
