A well-rounded, 3-year-old Añejo Tequila from the Cabo family at the Perfectomundo Tequila Distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It's triple distilled and aged for three years in French or American oak barrels previously used for Bourbon. It presents a delicate beginning with notes of dark chocolate and cherry tobacco; its sweet middle phase adds vanilla and fruit flavors; culminating in a long, smooth finish with hints of agave, caramel, and smoke. Recorded August 2018 / January 2019 / May 2020 / September 2022.
