Penta Tequila is crafted from 100% blue weber agave, harvested from the five designated tequila production zones: Jalisco, Guanajuato, Michoacán, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas. The "penta" in its name refers to this Greek word for "five." Its creation involves both champagne and tequila yeast, blending double and triple distilled agave. The Reposado variant is matured for 9 months in a combination of new and previously used American, Hungarian, and French oak barrels.
