About this bottle

Pelotón De la Muerte's Pechuga, created by Master Mezcalero Rodolfo Obregón in Mazatlán, is a vegan mezcal. It follows an Obregón family recipe using a field blend of wild Guerrero agaves, including Criollo and Ancho (Cupreata), which are roasted and distilled together. During the second distillation, aromatics are suspended from the "Arabic" still. Pelotón de la Muerte translates to “squadron of death,” and its label features the flag used by insurgents during the Mexican Revolution.
