Dos Hombres Tobalá is a limited offering made from wild-harvested agave that requires at least 25 years to mature. Like the other products from this brand, this expression is produced by third-generation mezcalero Gregorio Velasco in San Luis del Rio. Dos Hombres commits to planting two Tobala agave plants for every one they harvest. (SRP $349)
