This is a very good, balanced Agave Spirit from Jalisco, Mexico, aged in a Limousin Oak barrel for at least 12 months in former Whiskey barrels. The aroma presents notes of agave, tropical fruits, wood & spices; the palate is rich, featuring notes of banana, oak & vanilla; leading to a warm & spicy finish of moderate length, with hints of pepper, cinnamon, caramel, smoke & earth. Sampled in July 2023.

2016 Release It starts aromatically with notes of agave, citrus, wood and spices; while a rich middle adds tastes of lemon, oak and vanilla that led to a warm and spicy, medium-length finish with notes of pepper, cinnamon, caramel, smoke and earth. April 2016 / 2017
