About this bottle
Omage is an American brandy made with grapes from four areas within California's Central Valley, including Muscat Canelli, French Colombard, Grenache, and Mission varieties. The brand draws inspiration from Cognac production methods but operates without its constraints, utilizing both pot and column distillation and aging the spirit in a combination of French oak and bourbon casks.
