Based in Texas, Oak & Eden specializes in "in-bottle finishing," a technique involving the insertion of a spire, a 5-inch spiral-cut piece of wood, into a fully matured bottle of whiskey. Bourbon & Amburana is part of the brand's new Reserve Series, which combines their spirits with unique global woods. For this expression, a high-rye bourbon distilled in Indiana is paired with a medium-toasted South American Amburana wood spire.
