The nose is surprisingly dominated by cocoa, with undertones of dark stone fruits like black cherry, blackberry, and even a hint of strawberry. The palate continues with fruitiness, a warming sweetness, and an almost dessert-like character. The body is medium, with complex flavors in the mid-palate and very high notes at the back. Oak emerges after a minute, tasting slightly bitter but balancing the sweetness. The finish is shorter than expected, ending with a dry, woody note. It's definitely a unique expression.

A well-rounded Single Malt Whiskey from the Highlands of Scotland, made with malted barley dried by air. It spent 15 years in new European sherry and American bourbon barrels, bottled at 43% ABV. It starts delicately with hints of grains, wood, trees & dried fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; a slightly slick body brought notes of oatmeal, toffee popcorn, butterscotch, lemon cream, toasted walnuts, pineapple & apple pie; concluding with a lengthy, fresh finish featuring a touch of oak, salted butter, allspice, vanilla & honey.
On the nose, it's very sweet with a hint of spice at the back. The aroma is like Christmas candles, Christmas cake, very sweet orange with sugar, and a subtle sherry influence. On the palate, there's an undefined fresh sweetness – vanilla, flowers, sweet almonds. The finish is sweet and nutty. This is THE Christmas drink, in my opinion.
This is the most delicious whiskey I have ever tasted. It's delightful and sweet, with a clear honey and nectar aroma. The finish is unique, leaning towards tropical fruits like dried apricot. It has been a pleasant surprise for everyone I've shared it with, as its lesser-known status belies its universal appeal.
Smooth, subtle, and satisfying. An ideal measure to enjoy by the fire, to share with others while contemplating life's mysteries.
A rich nose offering charcoal, smoke, red apples, and anise. The palate is rich with caramel and abundant vanilla. It has a smooth aftertaste.
