An elegant Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. It starts aromatically with notes of agave, wood, herbs, and spices. A rich phase adds caramel and vanilla, concluding with a medium-length, balanced finish of oak, pepper, and chocolate. Sampled April 2016 / 2017.
