2017 San Fransisco World Spirits Competition DOUBLE GOLD. While many gins are either overly complex, making it hard to discern flavors, or lack depth, this Gin presents distinct layers. Juniper is present on the nose but not sharp; it then smoothly shifts to coriander; the palate then reveals Lavender and Rosemary with a smooth citrus finish. BEST OF ALL it mixes well with almost anything, enhancing the surrounding flavors. If you believe you don't like gin, give this a try!
