About this bottle
Dave Hughes and Scott Krahn developed this gin as an academic assignment while enrolled at Cornell University. They have since established their own small-scale distillery to manufacture and distribute this gin. Six distinct botanicals—juniper, lemon, orange, grapefruit, coriander, and galangal—are steeped together with the foundational spirit. Following a single distillation process where the spirit and botanicals are combined, the mixture matures in steel vessels for several months before being bottled at 40% ABV.
