Nose of smoke, orange, agave, and grape. Taste of earth, smoke, and black pepper. Not distinctive, but rich and delightful. Peppery conclusion.

About this bottle
Founded in 2010 to preserve fading mezcal-making traditions, Los Siete Misterios (The Seven Secrets or Mysteries) offers this expression made from 100% organic arroqueño agave. It is traditionally produced and double-distilled in clay pot stills, remaining unaged and bottled at 97.4 proof. The seven distinct expressions correspond to different agave types.
