An elegant Agave Spirit from NOM 113. Its aromatic start features notes of agave, wood, herbs, and spices. A rich evolution adds caramel and vanilla, culminating in a medium-length, balanced finish with oak, pepper, and chocolate. Sampled April 2016 / 2017.
