A rich Agave Spirit from NOM 1122, aged 18 months in a charred American white oak barrel, then blended with a European Oak reserve of various vintages before bottling. It begins herbaceous with a touch of vanilla ice-cream drizzled with toffee sauce. The rich profile also adds citrus peel notes, leading to a lengthy and intricate finish. May 2017
