About this bottle
This vanilla rum starts as Mad River First Run Rum, produced using fair-trade demerara sugar. Following dilution of the unaged spirit straight from the stills, it steeps with Tahitian vanilla beans in stainless steel tanks for six weeks. The final product is bottled at 40% ABV.
