The pecans dominated the aroma, making me doubt its quality, but I was pleasantly surprised upon tasting. I detect rum and honey, followed by a pleasant pecan note that leaves a nice lingering sensation. I think this would be excellent in cocktails, although I haven't tried it yet.

Ingredients are locally sourced from the Outer Banks region. This is fantastic served over ice, and strongly resembles a whiskey. It complements their house-made candied pecans, which are used in the production process, very well.
It was gentle, had a taste of nuts, and wasn't overly sweet. I was informed at the location that the honey was added sparingly, not for sweetness, but to mellow the taste.
Gentle on the mouth. Pecans are prominent in the aftertaste with a dry, nutty quality.
Tastes like straight butter, I'm unsure about this, haha.
Received this from a friend last week. Gratitude is extended.
