Pleasant, mild, a touch of caramel, significant oak from the aging, and a nice touch of smoke. The oak and sweet caramel are a bit much for my liking in mezcal.

This is my favorite Mezcal encountered so far. It's well-balanced, with just enough sweetness to complement the smokiness. The French oak is subtly present.
Vanilla, charred meat, spicy black pepper, and wood smoke. Notes of almond and oak. Smooth, medium finish, warming and pleasant.
Smoky on the finish, nicely balanced.
