About this bottle
Introduced in 2012, this gin utilizes water filtered through slate from an aquifer beneath Skiddaw mountain in northwest England. Distillation occurs in a copper pot-still using a neutral wheat spirit base from England. The 11 botanicals, including oak bark from the Lake District, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, and licorice, are steeped prior to the fourth distillation.
