About this bottle
Following a decade of whisky production, Kavalan master blender Ian Chang decided to create a gin. While retaining the traditional botanicals of juniper, aniseed, and coriander, Chang incorporated elements reflecting Yilan, Kavalan's home region, through kumquat peel, dried star fruit, and red-flesh guava botanical extracts. The gin undergoes double charcoal filtration and triple distillation, and is bottled at 40% ABV.
