La Pinta Pomegranate Liqueur

An exquisite fruit cordial from Mexico, created with a blend of aged tequila and pomegranate juice. The mixture is then allowed to rest and mature in oak for over a year. It begins with fragrant hints of fruit, tequila, and wood; its rich and full body adds notes of pomegranate; leading to a sweet and tart conclusion of moderate duration. March / April 2018

Sampled at room temperature: fruity, oaky & musky aroma. Fruity alcohol flavor that strongly resembles Tawny port wines.

Strong tequila notes, not much pomegranate. Somewhat harsh.
