Batch 1 Bottle 202 of 293. Color: deep amber. Nose: Very sweet with hints of ethanol. Palate: Sweet caramel with some brandy-like grape must. Finish: Medium with very little warmth. Quite smooth for the proof. Quite pleased with this one, especially for a local grain-to-glass distillery.
