Similar to other Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea bottlings, this New York Edition is crafted using bourbon barrels that journeyed through global ports. However, upon reaching its final destination, these barrels were transported to Manhattan to be diluted with NYC water. This unique edition began appearing in New York City retailers and on-premise establishments in November 2022.

NOSE: Banana's Foster, nuts, oak, vanilla and some light spice. Oddly subtle, I'm finding it hard to discern much from the aroma. PALATE: Caramel, oak, peanuts, malted cocoa, caramelized banana, baking spice, dried fruit and some vanilla candy. More intricate on the palate and a bit atypical for a Jefferson’s Ocean release. FINISH: Medium; featuring spice, banana pudding, caramel and oak.
