Packed with flavor yet still well-behaved for such a high proof spirit. It starts with honey and molasses, then moves into notes of apricots, peaches, and various tree fruits, finishing with toasted hazelnut and pepper.

What a journey of flavors! Right from the start, this one hits you hard, like a leather boot left to soak in the remnants of a campfire after heavy rain.
115 proof. Made with 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley. Tasting notes include rye, pepper, cinnamon, salted caramel apples, honey, charred oak, corn, and sour mash.
Nutty, dry, with chocolate undertones. Excellent neat, as a shot, or in cocktails.
Nutty, with significant oak and some marshmallow. A spicy conclusion.
