About this bottle

Distilled in the valley of El Arenal, Jalisco, Ixá Organic Silver Tequila is an organic spirit. The agaves are cooked in clay ovens, and then fermentation and distillation involve both the fibers and liquid, a unique process for tequila production. In line with all Greenbar Collective products, a tree is planted for every bottle sold.
