Brynn Burns 3.5

This spirit from Casa Maestri Nom1438 in Jalisco, Mexico, undergoes a process of slow cooking in an Autoclave. It's double distilled in stainless steel before a 12-month maturation period in American White Oak barrels. A portion of the revenue supports the GLAAD Foundation and other LGBTQ charities. On the nose, it presents a lively introduction with hints of agave, nuts, spices, and earth. The palate unfolds with a full and intricate character, revealing flavors of cooked agave, coconut, hazelnut, pepper, and nutmeg. The finish is decadent and smooth, offering tastes of cake batter, oak, vanilla, butterscotch, and caramel. May 2022

Jodie Ruffin 4.0

Tasted neat with a friend who bought it specifically for pride month. The aroma has vanilla and caramel. The palate offers spice, black pepper, and an earthy quality. Smooth and delightful.
