About this bottle
Hudson Whiskey's limited edition release features a New York rye whiskey that underwent finishing in Calvados casks. The total aging period was 7 years: a minimum of 3.5 years in new, charred American oak followed by 3.5 years in ex-Calvados casks. Certified as Empire Rye, this whiskey is made with New York grains, specifically 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It will be available nationwide for a limited time starting October 1, 2024.
