While High River, Alberta, served as the setting for Smallville in "Superman III," the true standout from this town is the whisky produced at Highwood Distillers. This Highwood Canadian Rye is a blend of Alberta, Canadian prairie rye, and wheat, which were mashed, distilled, and aged individually in charred oak barrels before being combined. Its availability is restricted to Canada.
