This special limited edition whisky commemorates Canada's 2018 birthday and the 200th anniversary of the 49th parallel, the 5,525-mile undefended border between Canada and the United States. The whisky is a combination of corn and rye, bottled at 43.4% abv, reflecting the strength of whiskies produced by Canadian distillers in historical times. A total of 16,000 bottles are exclusively available in Canada.

Purchased for $35 CAD, this is a fantastic value for a very enjoyable whisky. It has a light fruity nose and a surprisingly long, subtly spiced finish. It's easy to drink and a great bargain.
If purchased on sale, this is an unparalleled value for a Canadian whisky. It's spicy, bold, fruity, and oaky. My top choice.
