About this bottle
Hiatus was founded by Kristopher DeSoto, a Texan who, after spending seven years in Mexico, aimed to introduce the rich flavors of Mexican tequilas to the U.S. market. This tequila is made using 100% blue Weber agave and is produced in partnership with third-generation tequila makers at La Cofradía. The añejo version is aged for one year and presented at 40% ABV.
