Hervás Añejo

An elegant Agave Spirit from Jalisco, Mexico, aged in American white oak barrels for over a year. It presents aromatically with notes of cooked agave, citrus, herbs & spices; a smooth middle offers hints of lemongrass, oak & vanilla; culminating in a balanced finish of moderate length with a touch of pepper. March 2023

Tastes like añejo. Still not a fan, but my partner enjoys tequila, so here we are.
