About this bottle

This second iteration of Grain to Glass Bourbon highlights a distinctive corn seed varietal, Beck's 6225, sourced from Beck's Hybrids. The selected corn was cultivated at Peterson Farms in Nelson County, Kentucky. The bourbon's mash bill consists of 52% corn, 35% rye, and 13% malted barley, and it is aged for over six years. The label specifies the corn varietal, distillation year, and release year. This bourbon is bottled at 105 proof without chill-filtration and will be available nationally in limited quantities beginning May 2025, with a suggested retail price of $99.99 for a 700ml bottle.

Leanna Westfall 4.5

The aroma is light and a little sweet. The taste is smooth with caramel notes, and it goes down easily, but wow, there's a strong warm sensation at the end! I'm sure that's from the 105 proof. Best enjoyed neat, as it should be.

Trinity Crow 4.5

A delightful flavor with notes of cherry and butter. Not too coarse with a pleasant and smooth finish. Definitely a staple to have on hand.
