The aroma is light and a little sweet. The taste is smooth with caramel notes, and it goes down easily, but wow, there's a strong warm sensation at the end! I'm sure that's from the 105 proof. Best enjoyed neat, as it should be.

A delightful flavor with notes of cherry and butter. Not too coarse with a pleasant and smooth finish. Definitely a staple to have on hand.
