Deeper, woodier, and more darkly fruity and sweet than the scent, but the taste of this Cascade Moon Edition 2 has a slightly yeasty waffle undertone that is surprising and delightful. AFTERTASTE Medium to long duration -> Dried grains, wood, apple cider spices, chalky cocoa, copper, and grassy notes. It’s a warm, velvety fade that begins subtly and finishes brightly.

About this bottle
Cascade Moon Edition No. 2 is a limited release inspired by the initial barrel of Tennessee whisky filled after Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. resumed operations in 2003. This small-batch Tennessee whisky is derived from fewer than 20 barrels, each aged for a minimum of 16 years. It has been available since December 2020 in Tennessee, California, and Texas.
