Grant Crowe 4.5

AROMA Dried grains, wood, dark dried fruit, baking spices, sweet cereal notes, honey, vanilla, and a hint of strawberry shortcake and toffee. It has an earthy, almost human-like aroma that blends with the softly sweet and grainy notes, evoking memories of working on a farm as a child – an unusual, yet pleasant sensation. TASTE Wood, dried dark fruit, baking spices, dried grains, Belgian waffles, caramel, dried apples, and a touch of grassy and powdered cocoa. Deeper, woodier, and more darkly fruity and sweet than the scent, but the taste of this Cascade Moon Edition 2 has a slightly yeasty waffle undertone that is surprising and delightful. AFTERTASTE Medium to long duration -> Dried grains, wood, apple cider spices, chalky cocoa, copper, and grassy notes. It’s a warm, velvety fade that begins subtly and finishes brightly.
